How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. A practitioner account is free, with no setup fees, no monthly fees and no minimum purchase.
Who can open a practitioner account?
Healthcare professionals who are currently seeing patients or clients. Register your practice and our team reviews your application.
Do I have to carry inventory?
No. You can run a virtual dispensary: patients register with your practitioner code, order on our website and we ship to them. You can also stock up your clinic at wholesale — or do both.
How do I earn from patient orders?
You earn a commission on orders placed by patients who register with your practitioner code. Referrals are tracked in your practitioner account.
How do my patients order?
Give patients your practitioner code. They create an account on our patient page, order online and we ship direct from our facility.
Is there a minimum order for wholesale?
No. Registered practitioners buy at wholesale with no minimum order.

Contact us and tell us what you’re looking for. We’ll look at adding it to our line, and we also offer custom formulation options for your patients’ specific needs.
How fast is shipping, and do you ship internationally?
Orders placed before 1 PM Pacific, Monday–Friday, ship the same day via USPS Priority Mail. We also ship to international addresses.
Can patients without a practitioner code still order?
Yes. Patients can register with code 4001 — but giving them your own code is what links their orders to your practice and your commission.
