How to Set Up a Practitioner Account with Scientific Health Solutions
Step 1: Submit Your Registration
Go to our Practitioner Registration page. You’ll provide your name, practice name, license type and number, and contact information. Registration is free — there’s no cost to join and no minimum purchase required at any point.
Step 2: Approval
We review practitioner applications to verify licensing. Approval is typically same-day or next business day. Once approved, you receive your unique practitioner code via email — this is the code your patients will use to access purchasing on our site.
Step 3: What You Get Access To

- Wholesale pricing — for practitioners who want to purchase for in-office dispensing
- Direct-to-patient ordering — patients use your code at checkout, order from our site, we ship same-day
- COA access on request — lot-specific batch testing documentation for any product you recommend
- Referral tracking — visibility into orders placed with your code
How to Share Your Code With Patients
Your practitioner code works at checkout on our website. The most common ways practitioners share it:
- Written on a prescription pad note with the product name and your website URL
- Included in a patient education handout for relevant conditions
- Sent via patient portal or secure messaging after the appointment
- Communicated verbally in-office with a follow-up reminder card
Patients don’t need to create an account before ordering — they can check out as guest with your code, or create a patient account for reordering convenience.
Shipping and Fulfillment
All patient orders placed before 1pm Pacific time Monday–Friday ship same day via USPS Priority Mail. Most patients in the continental US receive orders within 1–3 business days. No subscription required, no auto-ship — patients order when they need to reorder.
