Who We Are
Scientific Health Solutions is a brand of Bella Phytologic, Inc. — our parent manufacturing company headquartered in Santa Rosa, California. Bella Phytologic operates the cGMP-certified production facility where every Scientific Health Solutions supplement is formulated, blended, encapsulated, and quality-tested before it ships.
We are not a brand that outsources manufacturing to a contract facility. We are the manufacturer. When you buy from Scientific Health Solutions or use us as a private label partner, you are working directly with the facility and team that makes the product.
What We Specialize In
Our specialty is high-dose melatonin. We were among the first manufacturers to produce high-dose melatonin as a finished supplement — before most brands selling it today existed. Our melatonin line covers 10mg, 20mg, 30mg, 60mg, and 120mg capsules, 60mg gummies, and pure powder in multiple bulk formats.
We also manufacture magnesium glycinate, NMN, DIM, Vitex, and milk thistle formulations. Our private label program allows practitioners and supplement brands to offer these products under their own label with the same manufacturing standard.
Our Manufacturing Standard
Our Santa Rosa facility operates under 21 CFR Part 111 cGMP compliance — the federal standard for dietary supplement manufacturing. In practice, this means:
- Every product manufactured against a documented Master Manufacturing Record with a specific formula code
- Every batch accompanied by a Batch Production Record tracking the complete production process
- Pre-production and post-production quality review by our Director of Quality
- Batch yield specification of 97%–100.3% — batches outside this range are quarantined, not shipped
- Identity and potency testing on every finished batch before release
- Complete traceability from raw material lot number through finished product by batch number
A 2017 study in the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine found that over 70% of melatonin supplements on the market deviated significantly from their label claims. We built our quality system specifically to prevent this. Our products contain what the label says they contain. We test every batch to confirm it.
